In case of 15-day money-back and cancellation, ONLY the principal amount will be refunded to the customer. Customers won’t get the Pannajewellers contribution.
Refunds will be processed within 3-7 working days in the same account that the contribution has been made from.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Cancellation Policy
You can cancel the order by login to the PannaJewellers.in site Cancellation is not possible post-dispatch of the product.
Once the cancellation process is complete, you will receive a confirmation mail to the registered email ID and the amount will be refunded back through the same mode of payment within 15 working days.
Should you have any queries, we shall be glad to answer the before initiating the cancellation request.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
