Description↓
Temple craftsmanship gives the Amara 22KT Gold Temple Necklace its identity, with a compact form shaped for a dignified presence at the throat. The 22KT gold is shaped through considered workmanship that reflects the enduring vocabulary of South Indian devotional jewellery. Made for bridal dressing, it rests naturally above the wedding silk and belongs to the ceremony, where heritage is worn with intention.

Fit & measurement
Find your size
Indian sizing, the same across gold, diamond, lab-grown diamond and silver. Measure once and it holds for every piece you buy from us.
| Style | Length | Where it sits |
|---|---|---|
| Choker | 35 to 40 cm | Snug at the base of the neck |
| Princess | 42 to 48 cm | Just below the collarbone, the most worn length |
| Matinee | 50 to 60 cm | On the chest, sits well over a blouse |
| Opera | 70 to 85 cm | Below the bust, can be doubled |
| Rani haar | 90 cm and above | Waist length, layered for bridal |
| Bracelet, small | 16.5 cm | Wrist 14 to 15 cm |
| Bracelet, medium | 17.8 cm | Wrist 15 to 16.5 cm |
| Bracelet, large | 19.0 cm | Wrist 16.5 to 18 cm |
Lengths are the full chain measured end to end, clasp included. Layered and multi-strand pieces quote the longest strand.
Choosing a length
Chains and necklaces are about where the piece falls, so measure against yourself rather than a size.
- Take a thread or soft tape and hold it around your neck where you want the piece to sit.
- Mark the point where the two ends meet and measure the thread in cm.
- Add 2 to 3 cm if you want it to fall a little lower, or if it will sit over a blouse.
- Match that figure against the table above.
Measure at the end of the day, when fingers are at their largest, and never straight after cold weather or exercise. Take the measurement twice.
